A sustainable way: we reuse rainwater

This practice consists of capturing and storing rainwater that falls on the roofs of our farms and then using it to irrigate production and daily cleaning.

As a leading company in the region, we believe that part of the evolution is about incorporating tangible and strategic actions that are closely related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), so we do more and better with less.

This decision is part of the DNA that characterizes Bromelias de Colombia, as it was taken into account from the gradual construction of the first production farm.

In this way we not only reduce our dependence on municipal supplies, we also minimize our carbon dioxide emissions.

By telling you part of how we do it, we seek to motivate other companies to link more sustainable practices in their operations and also to our clients, because they can implement this practice in their homes for watering plants and cleaning tasks, for example.
